Track defects, safety concerns, and non-conformances with the issue tracker. Every issue has a status workflow, comment thread, file attachments, and full audit trail. Assign issues to team members and track them through to resolution.

Tasks

Manage day-to-day work with tasks. Create tasks, assign them to team members, set due dates and priorities, and track progress on a visual Kanban board. Tasks keep your team accountable and your projects moving.

Contracts

Platform Components

Pasco Cloud is made up of three main components:

Web App — app.pasco.cloud

The full-featured web application for desktop and laptop use. Manage your organisation, build templates, review reports, and administer your projects. Best for office-based work, template design, and detailed report review.

Mobile App — Android and iOS

A purpose-built mobile app for on-site use. Complete inspections, raise issues, manage tasks, and capture site photos — all from your phone. Designed for speed and ease of use in the field.

Admin Dashboard

An internal administration panel for platform management, verification workflows, and system monitoring. This is used by the Pasco Cloud team and is not accessible to regular users.
